Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Job Description
A client of our, an industry leader in the engineering space is looking for a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Gauteng. If you are experienced in Geotechnical Engineering and would like to join a world-renowned team, then this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
Design retaining walls, foundions, earthworks and slopes
Conduct settlement designs
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and standards
Prepare technical documents.
Mentor junior staff
BSc Eng in Geotechnical Engineering
8+ years industry experience in Geotechnical Engineering
Registered as Pr Eng with ECSA
Proficient in AutoCAD/ Civil 3D
Experience with geotechnical software.
Experience designing retaining walls, foundations, earthworks and slopes
