- ECSA Registered Pr. Eng or Pr. Tech
- 12 years' experience, with minimum 5 years Post Registration experience
- Advanced Civil 3D Design Software
- Experience in Geometric Design of Roads and highways
- Sound understanding of SANRAL and provincial design standards, COLTO, COTO,
- Experience across the full project lifecycle -- feasibility, preliminary, detailed design, tender, and construction support
