Job Description
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for an experienced Senior GCC Engineer to be based at a Mine in the Northern Cape!Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all site engineering services and project activities to ensure optimal performance of plant and equipment.
- Oversee contractor management, support functions, and infrastructure maintenance within the designated area of responsibility.
- Drive strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and asset management while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure strict compliance with SHERQ standards, legal requirements, and risk management protocols.
- Manage budgets effectively and uphold high work ethics to deliver engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
- Grade 12
- Bachelor Degree / National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- GCC Mines and Works
- 8 years operational engineering experience as an Appointed Section Engineer
- 3 years operational project or middle management experience in a mining mining environment.
- Salary: R3m - R3,5m CTC

- Salary: negotiable.
