Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Johannesburg. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the frontend of web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who is proficient in frontend technologies and has a strong understanding of user experience design principles. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our client's organization.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend of web applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement user interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
• Participate in the planning and estimation of frontend development tasks.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving frontend-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior frontend developers.

Requirements

• 4 years demonstrable experience (can be work, can be passion) in web front-end development
• Hands on experience creating semantically correct HTML5 markup
• Extensive experience with CSS, SASS or LESS
• Experience with Modern JavaScript (ECMA 6xe2x80xa6). Typescript cannot hurt.
• Integral knowledge of methods to accurately develop responsive UIs from designs (Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, xe2x80xa6).
• Have knowledge of popular front-end frameworks but not be reliant on such.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Good to have:
• Implementing user tracking solutions: GTM, ATM, xe2x80xa6
• Knowledge of SEO principles related to UI development
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable or more with source control (Git)
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
