Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Forecasting Develop and maintain robust 3-statement models (short-/long-term) to guide strategic decisions across African markets
Executive Partnership Work directly with leadership to translate financial data into actionable business insights
Performance Analysis Conduct variance analysis and scenario planning to optimize business performance
Process Innovation Automate reporting using Power BI/Excel (Power Query, and DAX) to enhance decision-making
Investment Strategy Support capital allocation, due diligence, and Board/investor reporting

Qualifications:

FMVA certification & Post-graduate finance Degree (CA/CFA/MBA preferred)
2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance with advanced financial modeling expertise
Technical Mastery Power BI, SQL, and Excel (Power Pivot, and complex formulas)
Strategic Mindset Ability to balance granular analysis with big-picture thinking
