***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FITMENT CENTRE EXPERIENCE***
Our client, a well-established brand known for service excellence and quality workmanship, is looking for an upbeat, engaging, and professional Senior Aftersales Sales Executive to join their high-performing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling tyres, batteries, and mechanical repair services to walk-in, telephonic, and account customers, all while keeping calm under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail, and taking full ownership of each task from start to finish. You'll rely on your technical knowledge of tyre fitment, battery installation, and mechanical service processes to produce accurate quotations, invoices, and job cards, while ensuring clear and confident communication with every customer. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that grow the customer base and help you consistently meet sales targets. To apply, you'll need at least 3 years of Fitment Centre experience, strong technical familiarity with tyres, batteries, and basic mechanical services, excellent administrative skills for invoicing, payment processing, meeting all deadlines, and accurate reporting, plus the ability to learn quickly and maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including pricing, stock levels, and promotions. Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
3 years of Sales Experience in a reputable fitment centre
Strong customer service, sales and marketing skills
Basic technical knowledge of tyre fitment, battery installation, and mechanical service processes
Excellent Administration Skills
Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a must)
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite and a POS System)
Be exceptionally well groomed and presented
