RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Fire Engineer to join our client's team. Our client specializes in engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction services. As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading fire engineering projects and providing technical expertise in fire safety and protection.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments, developing fire engineering strategies, designing fire protection systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fire engineering projects, including conducting fire risk assessments and developing fire safety strategies
• Design fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and smoke control systems
• Provide technical advice and support to clients and project teams on fire engineering matters
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and standards
• Prepare and review fire safety reports, technical specifications, and drawings
• Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and changes in fire safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire engineering
• Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
• Proficiency in fire engineering software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
