As 2ic to the Head of Finance at the mine, this senior role requires someone with experience in mining, quarrying or manufacturing and at least 5 years experience in managing people.
The mine is based an hour outside of Pretoria, direction Limpopo, and will require you to work on site at the operations, every day - no remote work. You will need to be based in Pretoria East/North-East as other areas are too far for daily commute.
Salary: R83,300 - R116,700 per month.
You will need:
A degree in Finance and 10 years or more working experience At least 5 years experience in managing people/teams All-rounder finance and accounting skills Sector experience in mining/ quarrying or manufacturing Must have solid experience working at the operations - not head office SAP experience
Focus areas, in addition to the full finance function, will include:
Inventory and warehouse management Overseeing the procurement process Overseeing transactional banking and treasury Payroll supervision * Supervising the Finance team
