Job Summary Senior Financial Manager - Luxury Property Group | Stellenbosch Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join a luxury property group based in Stellenbosch. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity, combining remote work with one day per week in-office attendance. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring compliance, strategic guidance, and sustainable growth. Requirements: Relevant finance degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA) Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines Responsibilities: Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Manage cash flow, financial analysis, and risk management Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry regulations Provide strategic input to senior leadership and contribute to business growth initiatives Supervise and mentor finance team members Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders Package: Salary: R40,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) Hybrid working arrangement: remote with one day per week in-office attendance To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
