We are seeking a highly experienced CA(SA) with strong operational expertise to take ownership of financial management for international operations. This role will see you leading the financial planning, reporting, and governance processes across multiple jurisdictions, while partnering with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, commercial, and logistics.
The Senior Financial Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating financial risks, and delivering meaningful financial insights that support profitable growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes across multiple countries.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to drive profitable growth.
• Manage and report on balance sheet performance, net working capital, and cashflow forecasting.
• Ensure effective governance, compliance, and internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for international markets, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Partner with in-country managers to provide financial guidance and business insights.
• Manage internal and external audit processes.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) - essential.
• Minimum 5 years' post-articles experience in financial management.
• Proven experience within manufacturing or mining environments (3+ years).
• Strong people management track record (3+ years).
• Exposure to multinational and multi-currency operations (2+ years).
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
