This leading services business within a large, reputable listed group is looking for a Senior Financial Manager to oversee the full financial function across multiple operations and support strategic decision-making.

Join a high-performing division of a listed group, known for its excellence in the services industry. This Senior Financial Manager role will oversee a national team, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure robust financial controls are in place. You'll report directly to executive leadership and play a key role in driving profitability and operational efficiency across multiple contracts and cost centres.
Other duties include:
- Full financial management of multiple cost centres and regional operations
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic
- Leading the month-end close, reporting packs, and variance analysis
- Ensuring strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Mentoring and managing finance teams across the country
- Qualified
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior finance role
- Experience in a production environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting experience
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements
