Job Summary ?FINANCE VACANCY ALERT? ? Senior Financial Manager - Hospitality Division ? Location: Cape Town hybrid, weekly team meetups in Stellenbosch (once per week). Strong candidates in other areas may be considered if able to attend key in-person sessions. ? Type of Property/Client: Private investment group supporting a portfolio of luxury hospitality assets (boutique hotels and lodges). ? Summary of Key Requirements: o 4 years' experience in financial accounting or strong bookkeeping, preferably multi-entity, with hospitality-based experience (essential) o Solid AP, AR, bank and cash control, and month-end reconciliations o Support monthly management accounts, fixed asset register, VAT prep and recons o Supplier invoicing, payments, creditor recons, debtor invoicing and follow-ups o Strong Excel and familiarity with mainstream accounting systems o Detail-driven, solutions-focused, comfortable in a dynamic hospitality environment o Right to work in South Africa, reliable transport for Stellenbosch meetups ? Salary: R40,000 per month, negotiable based on experience ? Work Setup: Hybrid, live-out ? Start: ASAP, negotiable ?
