Our client, a rising star Mergers & Acquisitions advisory firm, based in Pretoria, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to
- Prepare clear financial models and coordinate with client and executive stakeholders to set clear and realistic expectations.
- Execute financial compliance functions, ensuring alignment with M&A market practices in adjusting financial statements.
- Assess client financial statements, sales, and transactions for buyer presentations. Oversee project management functions, including tracking client performance, collaborating with colleagues, and reporting deal status and potential pitfalls to management.
- Develop financial forecasts based on client orders, sales, and agreed-upon assumptions.
- BCom Financial Management or Economics
- US GAAP and IFRS knowledge
- CFA qualification would be advantageous
- M&A transaction advisory experience would be highly beneficial
- Exceptional financial modelling skills.
