Innovative Financial Advisory Services is expanding its current Financial Adviser footprint and looking for Experienced Senior Financial Advisors to become part of their successful growth and to join the dynamic team of 72 existing advisers across South Africa.

It is the perfect opportunity for individuals seeking the sustainability of personal- and financial growth. We are expanding, and appointing Senior Financial Advisers in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and PE.

As an Innovative Financial Services Adviser, you will have a comprehensive product suite to market to your clients, this includes Investments, Fiduciary, Short term, a host of Medical Aids, Gap covers, Discovery Bank, and all Life Cover product providers in South Africa.

Innovative FAS is product and platform agnostic, therefore the adviser's advice will be backed up by the adviser chosen product solution.

We dont charge for admin, IT, office, licenses, compliance, astute, CRM etc. The Adviser, therefore, has zero expenses except for cell phones and petrol.

All fiduciary commissions, i.e. new business placed with our Fiduciary partner Capital Legacy = 100% to the adviser.

All open architecture commission pays 80% to the adviser.

We have an approved transfer process between FSPs and Life offices in place to ensure your clients and income streams can be transferred hassle-free.

Commission includes upfront commission, 2nd years commission, trail fees, premium and benefit increases.

On short-term commission the adviser will earn, depending on the size of the monthly premium, between 60% and 80% of the commission.

On medical aid and GAP cover the adviser will earn the same as for the short term.

Discovery Bank pays a referral fee, depending on the type of account introduced, between R550 and R1750 referral fee.

We provide the adviser with a minimum of 6 booked appointments per month.

We will also lease a new laptop to the adviser if need be

3 Commission payment runs per month

Succession Plan at both retirement and death to be discussed with successful applicants.

Clear Criminal Record

Strong communication skills

Regulatory Exam 5

CPD Points up to date.

NQF 5 Qualification depending on DOFA

2 years or more experience as an Adviser

Class of Business Accreditation
