1.Oversee end-to-end financial accounting and reporting for a diverse property portfolio.
2.Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
3.Manage statutory reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
4.Provide financial insights to support property development, acquisitions, and investments.
5.Partner with operational and asset management teams to enhance financial performance.
6.Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
7.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data across multiple entities.
8.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practice controls.
9.Support system upgrades and automation within the finance function.
10.Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

• com degree Accounting
• SAIPA
• 6 years relevant Property experience
• MDA
