Senior Financial Accountant
Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for the full financial function of a key property portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and lease accounting. You'll work closely with Asset Managers and Property Managers to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with IFRS and property-specific regulations.

You will be responsible for the full financial management of a property portfolio, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Manage lease accounting, tenant billing, recoveries, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations, prepare audit packs, and partner with Property and Asset Managers to support financial performance. Play a key role in streamlining processes and improving financial systems.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- MDA
- 5 years of relevant Property experience
