The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role involves preparing accurate financial statements, managing audits, ensuring adherence to IFRS and tax regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. The incumbent will also work closely with property and asset management teams to drive financial performance and improve reporting efficiencies.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- B.Com degree in accounting
- SAIPA
- 5 years relevant property experience
