Job Description
A well-established company in the FMCG inudstry is on the hunt for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team and support robust, accurate financial reporting and decision-making. If you're detail-oriented with strong technical accounting knowledge, this is your opportunity to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with statutory reporting
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure timely month-end close
- Reconcile accounts, analyse variances, and support external audits
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment of financial data
- Support budgeting, forecasting and ongoing process improvements
- BCom Accounting or Financial Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG
- Knowledge of IFRS and experience with ERP systems (SAP/SAGE or similar)
- Deadline-driven with high attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
