Requirements:

• Relevant finance degree or professional qualification (e.g. CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA)

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

br

• Proven leadership and team management skills

br

• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities

br

• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills

br

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Manage cash flow, financial analysis, and risk management

br

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements

br

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry regulations

• Provide strategic input to senior leadership and contribute to business growth initiatives

br

• Supervise and mentor finance team members

br

• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders
