About the Role
This senior role is pivotal to the accuracy, integrity, and performance of the company's financial operations. You will lead a finance team responsible for reporting, forecasting, compliance, and audit preparation while supporting strategic decision-making at an executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the finance team to meet business and regulatory objectives
- Maintain compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Support due diligence and integration in mergers and acquisitions
- Drive system and process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy Qualifications and Experience
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
