You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team of 7 professionals.
- Oversee full finance function including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Partner with executives to provide insights that guide key business decisions.
- Implement best practices to enhance financial processes and controls.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
- CA(SA) .
- 5-7 years post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
- Proven management and leadership skills (non-negotiable).
- Industry exposure to construction, consulting, or engineering highly beneficial.
- Experience in Xero will be advantageous
