Senior Finance Manager - Job description
We are currently seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic person to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be technically sound and ready to step up and take on responsibility across the Agency as it grows.

The Role
The role demands strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality. This position is perfect for a motivated individual who wishes to step into a fairly autonomous Number 2 role.
The Agency is experiencing very fast growth and it is envisaged the role will evolve over time. As a Finance Manager, you will work closely in a team of 5, reporting into the UK-based CFO, and two junior staff in Cape Town and a UK-based Finance Manager.
As part of this restructuring, the UK Finance Manager will be more responsible for the transactional elements of the finance function, and this new role will be more involved in FP&A and reconciliation. The role has high potential to grow for the right person.
Location
The role will be a minimum of 3 days pw in our Cape Town office.
Responsibilities
Balance Sheet reconciliations and Management Accounts for 3 Companies
Reconciliation of Accrued Income, Deferred Income and Client WIP balances
Systems/ software migration
Mentoring of 2 junior staff in CT
Ad hoc duties
Skills and Qualifications
Requirements:

Fully qualified, preferably Chartered.
Agency experience, preferably in digital media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
