Job Summary Are you a skilled developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere and a passion for streamlining processes through automation? We are looking for an Automation Anywhere Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in automating and optimizing our business operations. As a senior finance consultant, your duties include working directly with clients, analyzing and planning business strategy, and advising clients on technology solutions. It is also common for a senior finance consultant to work on several projects across multiple clients. Your Expertise: Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to understand their business requirements and identify any blind spots they may have. Work collaboratively with team members and assist your team in overcoming any hurdles they may come across. Present the systemxc3xa2xe2x82xacs mission, library, and process to other groups, including product managers, content specialists, QA, and other design and development teams throughout the client enterprise. Configure and develop the system requirements aligned to the business needs. Decisively resolve priorities, timing, risks, task importance, and possible breaking changes. Improve customer experience through various initiatives within budget. Conduct meetings with clients and management to determine project scope, budget, and timelines. Implement product development initiatives to meet future client needs. Identify project risks and challenges and develop resolution plans. Provide support in developing functional and technical specifications. Ensure full retention of existing customers through excellent project delivery, and service execution and seek to achieve new business opportunities for the business in both existing and new target organizations where you may be deployed. Maintain strong and enduring relationships with customers through the delivery of successful Implementation Services; Support Services; Training and Advisory Services to clients on Finance ERP functionality of the product. Ensure that customer satisfaction is high via the provision of quality consulting services (and associated projects). Qualifications Required : Bachelorxc3xa2xe2x82xacs degree or Diploma in finance, computer science, information systems, or related career field. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot and Visio). Finance-Related qualification.
