Senior Feature Analyst (digital Banking)

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Feature Analyst (Digital Banking) to join our client's team on a 6-month contract, hybrid working with a possibility of extension.
Purpose:
To define and refine features within the BaaS product ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business goals, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document and refine requirements for new BaaS product features (accounts, payments, onboarding, etc.).
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications.
- Conduct impact assessments on API integrations and platform changes.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and product owners to ensure feature readiness.
- Monitor feature performance and customer experience post-launch.
- Bachelors degree in Business Analysis, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital banking, APIs and fintech ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of BaaS products, compliance and customer lifecycle management.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, BABOK) advantageous.
