Senior Factory Technologist

A food manufacturing team is hiring a Senior Factory Technologist in the Western Cape! Apply today or tag a fellow job seeker.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the factory technologists and supporting the development of the QC and technical teams. Your expertise in food safety, quality systems (HACCP/FSSC22000), and team leadership will be essential in driving compliance, maintaining documentation, managing audits and complaints, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Degree or Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology, along with 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (including at least 1 year in a leadership role). Excellent communication and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset will be valuable.
