Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage hard and soft FM services in alignment with SLA and contract requirements. Drive organizational effectiveness through team structuring, training, and succession planning. Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction scores exceed 85%. Champion Health & Safety compliance and statutory obligations. Oversee financial performance, reporting, and risk management. Implement quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Grade 12 and relevant tertiary technical qualification. 5-10 years' experience in facilities management, customer relations, and general management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Project and Access. * Strong financial acumen and technical understanding.
