What You'll Do
Strategic & Operational Support
Manage and optimize the CEO's schedule across multiple departments, time zones, and projects.
Anticipate upcoming priorities, prepare materials, and coordinate meetings to ensure the CEO is always one step ahead.
Track strategic initiatives, follow up on deliverables, and maintain alignment across teams.
Draft correspondence, prep documents, and manage communications with professionalism and discretion.
Serve as the "air-traffic controller" for incoming requests, ensuring that focus stays on what moves the needle.
Project Coordination & Execution
Support emerging initiatives in new technology, new markets, and investments. Coordinating research, documentation, and follow-up.
Help shape and track special projects (new markets, product launches, investor relations, partnerships).
Build and maintain simple, effective systems for task management, file organization, and team communication.
Executive Enablement
Anticipate the CEO's needs before they arise, from meeting prep and context to key decisions to upcoming deadlines.
Protect focus time and travel efficiency, managing logistics with precision.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
