- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Experience in Electrical estimating and winning large-scale projects, must be efficient in Substations and Energy
- Proficient in Estimation software (Candy CCS)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Substation experience is non-negotiable
