Senior Estimator (Construction) - PretoriaJob SummaryOur client in the Construction industry is looking to hire a Senior Estimator.Qualificationso BSC (Hons) Quantity Surveying degreeo Knowledge of contract conditions e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, GCC is required;o A minimum of 10 years estimating experience in both Building and Civil Industry.Special Requirementso Tender preparation and submissiono Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation accurately and completely as per tender specifications.o Client liaison.o Good interpersonal skillso Any other additional tasks which are required from time to time.Computer Competency Requirementso Computer literate in MS Officeo Must have thorough knowledge of CCS (estimating & site plan)Languageso Good command of the English languageSend your CV and latest pay slip to recb@aaaa.co.za
