SUMMARY:
Senior Engineer / Senior Technologist - Urban Infrastructure Division
We are looking for an experienced and professionally registered Senior Engineer to join our dynamic Urban Infrastructure Division. If you are passionate about sustainable development, innovative civil engineering solutions, and leading impactful projects that shape communities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple infrastructure and water engineering projects.
- Oversee junior engineering staff, technicians, and draughtspeople.
- Execute design, documentation, contract administration, and project closeout activities.
- Ensure adherence to QMS protocols and client expectations.
- Contribute to tender preparation and technical marketing engagements.
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to junior team members.
- B.Tech / BSc in Civil Engineering.
- Professionally registered with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng.
- 8-12 years' experience in water engineering projects.
- Proficient in hydraulic analysis tools (e.g. Civil 3D, EPANET, WADISO).
- Strong project management capability (MS Projects essential).
- Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and own transport required.
