Job Summary REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, installations, or a similar role within the technology sector.
Dell Solutions and Services Competencies & Certifications are essential.
Industry-recognized certifications such as VMware and Hyper-V are advantageous.
Strong background in Dell Technologies (full stack), Pure Storage, or similar storage and networking technologies
Role Overview:
This dual-role position combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, playing a key part in supporting sales efforts and designing innovative technology solutions.
Working closely with the sales and leadership teams, the successful candidate will analyze client needs, develop tailored technical solutions, and clearly communicate the business value of those solutions. The role also includes building and leading a dedicated technical team focused on enhancing client service delivery and exploring emerging technologies for strategic implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the sales team to understand client business needs and craft tailored technical solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions.
Design and implement client-specific technology solutions across networking, storage, and virtualization.
Manage solution deployment and ensure complete technical documentation is maintained.
Lead and execute POC projects to validate solutions and build client confidence.
Act as a key contact between clients and internal technical teams, capturing feedback to refine offerings.
Stay informed on new technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Lead and mentor a growing technical team, managing hiring, development, and performance.
Evaluate technology partners and vendors to support long-term strategic goals.
Collaborate with leadership to align technical initiatives with overall business objectives.
Oversee configuration and setup of enterprise-level infrastructure including networking, VLANs, LUNs, virtualization, and replication.
Drive innovation within the technical services function to support business growth.
