Job Description
Are you an experienced and strategic leader in the employee benefits space? Our client is looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join a national group of investment specialists. This is a senior role for an individual with a proven track record of driving growth and managing client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding a national client base and providing strategic leadership. Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of employee benefit clients.
- Drive growth by securing new employee benefit clients through referrals from affiliate companies within our group.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the employee benefits division.
- Travel nationally to engage with clients and affiliates as needed.
- Over 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
- Relevant qualifications as required under the FAIS Act.
- Strong skills in business development and relationship management.
- A proven ability to operate at a senior level in the financial services industry.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage synergies across a larger group.
