Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design and engineering for utility-scale and C&I solar PV projects.
- Prepare and review single-line diagrams, electrical layouts, and system specifications.
- Conduct detailed yield assessments and system performance modelling.
- Oversee compliance with national and international electrical standards.
- Provide technical leadership during procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc) - Master's degree is an advantage.
- Professional Registration (Pr Eng / eligible) preferred.
- 7+ years' experience in solar PV electrical design and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, grid connection, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in design software such as PVSyst, AutoCAD, and ETAP.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
