Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
Oversee the design and specification of electrical systems for a range of industrial and infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes and standards.
Conduct technical reviews, site inspections, and client meetings.
Provide mentorship to junior engineers and draughtspersons.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
Contribute to proposals and assist with project planning and resource allocation.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng registration (or eligibility for registration).
Minimum 8-10 years' experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on industrial or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in MV and LV reticulation, substation design, motor control centres, and related systems.
Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP, DIgSILENT, AutoCAD, and Revit (advantageous).
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
