Role Overview:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer with Pr Eng registration, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the renewable energies landscape. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems within solar energy projects. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation, ensuring our projects exceed industry standards and deliver maximum impact.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical design and engineering efforts for solar energy projects from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies and technical assessments to identify optimal system configurations and integration strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments to inform design decisions and maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy systems, particularly solar photovoltaic (PV) projects.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, ETAP) and familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
