Job Description
Our Client, one of the leading construction companies in KwaZulu Natal, is looking for a Senior Earthworks Manager to join their team. If you have strong leadership skills and a solid foundation in roads and earthworks projects then we want to hear from you.
Role requirements:
- Minimum 20 years industry experience with bulk earthworks, layer works, stormwater,
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Knowledgeable with COTO and SANS
- Project background including major roads, earthworks, dam construction and mining is preferred.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Manage all site operations.
- Ensure project adherence with timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Plan resources effectively.
- Enforce SHEQ standards.
