This role offers significant long-term growth potential, with the successful candidate being closely involved in the planning and eventual management of a new camp set to open in 2026. It is therefore vital that the candidate has solid bush lodge experience, an adaptable mindset, and a genuine passion for the guest experience. Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within a high-end 5-star lodge environment Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or related field advantageous Proven ability to oversee both Front and Back of House operations with strong organizational and administrative skills Experience in bush-based lodge operations with an understanding of remote working environments Exceptional guest relations skills with a warm, confident, and professional demeanour Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Calm and composed under pressure with a hands-on, proactive approach Computer literate - knowledge of Easipos, Procure, and Protel advantageous Valid driver's licence and reliable transport Stable employment history with contactable and reputable references South African citizens only Remuneration & Benefits o Salary: On application | Dependent on Experience o Comfortable accommodation - one-bedroom house with kitchen and lounge o 6 days off per month (best suited to candidates with a home base within the region) Please Note: Although we appreciate all applications, only those candidates who meet the required experience and background will be contacted.
