This role is remote, with travel to global locations.


Provides leadership and oversight for the Client Project / Program Management group. Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and/or service delivery projects. Manages resources (that is, capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs. Leads critical technical discussions in front of the customer regarding VRP specific features and way of working.



Represents client project / program portfolio to senior management. Oversees the development and management of processes, methods and technologies to be used by project managers. Translates enterprise-wide vision for client projects into actionable objectives and strategically focused priorities. Resolves process, organizational, or personality barriers that hamper optimal outcome of client project objectives. Stays abreast of industry trends that offer potential business opportunity or possess a competitive threat. Mentors senior leaders for development and succession planning across client project / program organization. Identifies and acts on critical gaps in non-technical project / program management talent pool.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Typically has 12+ years of experience in Client Project and Program Management. Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken). min 2 years of experience in VRP projects Working remotely and adaptable to travel to global locations.
