As aCopywriter, you will create engaging and impactful marketing copy, write and edit content,develop new brand voices, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day tasksmay include crafting persuasive advertisements, creating compelling brand narratives, andoptimising content for various marketing channels.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop high-quality, SEO-optimised content for e-commerce websites, includingproduct descriptions, category pages, landing pages, and blog posts.Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing campaigns, including emailnewsletters, social media ads, and PPC campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers,to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.Conduct thorough research on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitivelandscape to inform content strategy and messaging.Tailor content to target audience demographics, preferences, and pain points, utilisingdata-driven insights to optimise performance.Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice andstyle guidelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing andcopywriting, continuously refining skills and techniques.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.Proven experience (5 years) as a marketing copywriter within a digital marketing agency,focusing on e-commerce marketing on all channels.Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and a mastery of grammar,punctuation, and syntax.Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimisation.Proficiency in crafting persuasive copy that drives action and conversion across variousdigital channels.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managingmultiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for understanding consumerbehaviour.BENEFICIAL:Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce) and familiarity withproduct listing optimisation.Experience writing for paid media, organic social media and SEO.WHAT WBWR OFFERS:A dynamic and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Competitive compensation packages.Exciting projects with leading brands and businesses.
