We have an exciting remote job opportunity for a motivated senior Digital Account Manager at an up-and-coming TTL agency based in Johannesburg. The agency boasts a diverse portfolio of very cool clients. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about managing multiple campaigns and clients all whilst keeping an eye out for opportunities that together as a team, they can turn into more exciting work. You will be working from home, so it is important that you are comfortable to work alone, whilst remaining motivated. As a key part of Client Service, you will connect with the team daily, and be actively involved in strategy, creative and planning discussions. Reaching KPIs is key in this role and creating exciting and memorable work is what makes the agency tick. They are small but agile, and their clients trust in their ability to meet tight deadlines, whilst never compromising on all round quality. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to get stuck into their own brands, and really develop and grow the accounts and client relationships. With a strong focus on both digital and branding the accounts vary from telecommunications to manufacturing.

  • Manage medium to large campaigns
  • Manage client briefs and ensure delivery of KPIs
  • Work closely with creative team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Financial management and budget control
  • Identify possible opportunities to upsell and cross sell.


The successful candidate must have/be:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years agency experience
  • Excellent digital knowledge and proven campaign experience – this is a priority!
  • Understanding of media buying
  • Excellent branding knowledge
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong client service experience
  • Proven track record of working with high profile, blue-chip clients
  • Must be able to liaise with clients on all levels and build solid relationships
  • Committed to achieving results
  • Commercially savvy and strong financial management skill
  • Excellent written proposal and presentation skills
