Tech Knowledge:

Experienced in IT Monitoring (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus).



Skilled in IT Service Automation and orchestration tools.



Proficient in DevOps/Agile with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus).



Knowledge of DevSecOps, HA, and disaster recovery.



Integrated test automation into DevOps pipelines.



Hands-on with AWS/Azure cloud and infrastructure automation.



Familiar with FinOps practices and IT Event Management.



Skilled in IaC tools (Terraform, Terragrunt), JSON, and YAML.



Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, Rancher).



API and message queue integration experience.



Secrets management expertise.



Open to additional Agile team responsibilities.

Preferred/Advantageous Skills:

Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Perl, and Shell.



Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud environments.



Broad understanding of enterprise architecture and ITIL practices.



Adaptable, with experience handling varied project tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain robust DevOps pipelines.



Design, develop, and enhance IT Monitoring solutions.



Create and refine user stories for IT Monitoring and Service Automation initiatives.



Work with OpenTelemetry standards, including endpoints and collectors.



Define and provision cloud infrastructure using JSON/YAML and IaC tools.



Coordinate feature releases and updates.



Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including operations manuals, security guidelines, and test concepts.



Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience/certification.



Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.



Experience in cloud infrastructure and IT service automation implementations.



Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT and DevOps environments.
