Are you passionate about data and driven by analytical thinking? PBT Group is looking for a Data Steward to champion data governance and quality across the enterprise.
In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to define standards, resolve data issues, and ensure compliance-while using your critical thinking skills to drive meaningful insights and improvements.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and enforce data standards and processes.
- Act as a proxy for business data owners.
- Resolve data issues and guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor data quality and optimize workflows.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data management, governance, and architecture.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and data life cycles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Banking experience and ETL knowledge are a plus.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- DAMA-DMBOK certification is advantageous.
