Our Data Engineering team is on a mission: to build a secure, resilient, and cost-effective data platform that makes it possible for everyone to be an analyst.

We want every team in the company to make data-driven decisions with confidence. That means simplifying processes, prioritising automation, and staying pragmatic and open-minded about new tools that drive efficiency.


What you'll do:


Design, implement, and maintain our Data Warehouse, including monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution


Administer tools and systems, ensuring security, access control, and performance


Help software engineering teams understand product performance over time


Partner with the BI team to enable self-service datasets for key business areas


Champion automation through Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting


Uphold data quality, standardisation, documentation, and onboarding best practices


Lead the ingestion of new data sources into the warehouse

What we're looking for:


Solid experience in a Data Engineering role (experience with cloud data platforms preferred)


Bonus points if you have experience working in scaling consumer tech business or marketplace


Solid understanding of data modelling, pipelines, and warehousing


Hands-on experience with at least some of our stack (Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Airflow, Python, etc.)


Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a passion for scalable, automated solutions


Enjoy working with internal stakeholders to consistently deliver against key projects and have excellent collaboration and communication skills


As part of our small team, you'll need a hands-on, can-do attitude. You're someone who's self-motivated and knows how to drive results


The ability to work hybrid to work hybrid and commute to our offices in the central business district
