Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical

Data Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role involves collecting, analyzing and reporting on data to help optimize SAP and BAS.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Processing:

Collect, clean and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines/ETL processes where necessary.

Analysis & Insights:

Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns and correlations within the data. Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and answer key business questions. Create scheduled reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

Reporting & Visualization:

Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools Translate complex data findings into clear, concise and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration & Recommendations:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies to improve performance, reduce costs or enhance the customer experience.
