Senior Data Analyst
Job Description
Develop and maintain BI/reporting solutions for global IT operations.
Turn network data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Collect and analyse data from CMDBs, databases, and monitoring tools.
Build, migrate, and improve reporting platforms and data flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance reporting needs.
Support automation, compliance, and incident/change management.
Continuously improve reporting efficiency and data-driven operations.
Education
BSc Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
5 years+ of experience in BI, Data Visualisation & database systems.
Relevant IT Qualifications and knowledge.
Knowledge:
Strong in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting (AWS Quick Sight, SQL, ETL).
Skilled in UX for reporting, data transformation, and RDBMS concepts.
Knowledge of IT networks and ITIL processes.
Experienced in enterprise and Agile environments.
Between 5 - 7 Years
