Job Description

SENIOR CURATORSHIP AND CARE ADMINISTRATOR
PMB - HOWICK
To independently manage the administration of curatorship and care client files efficiently and accurately,
while providing high-level professional secretarial and administrative support to the
Directors and Professional Assistant within the Trust Estates Department

Care Client Administration
Curatorship Administration
Record all financial transactions
Compile curator accounts,
preparation of supporting vouchers
documentation for submission to the Master of the High Court
General Office Administration

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric Certificate
Certificate in Legal Secretaryship, Trusts & Estates management courses, or bookkeeping certifications will be advantageous
Minimum of 5 years' senior-level experience in secretarial or legal administration
Prior experience as an Estates Administrator and bookeeping will be advantageous
Exposure to the following programmes and software will be advantageous: AJS,Pastel & nCINO
Knowledge of legal practices and terminology
Sound understanding of Legal administration and Curatorship administration
Valid driver's license
