Salary: Around R55-R65k CTC each

About our client..
Our client is a leading independent creative agency with a reputation for world-class work, both locally and internationally. They've won multiple awards, and continue to grow while keeping their culture of collaboration, respect and creative bravery intact. They're now looking for a Senior Creative Team - an Art Director + Copywriter duo - who can bring fresh, big ideas and craft to the table.
What the job involves..
Conceptualising and delivering award-worthy, integrated creative ideas across all channels
Partnering as a duo to craft campaigns that are both strategically sharp and beautifully executed
Collaborating closely with strategists, designers, digital, and client service teams to bring ideas to life
Presenting creative concepts with confidence and clarity to clients
Leading and mentoring junior creatives, helping raise the overall creative standard
Contributing to the agency's reputation by entering and winning at major award shows
What you need to be considered..
Proven track record as a creative team (Art Director + Copywriter) at senior level in an agency environment
Award-winning portfolio showcasing big, integrated ideas (please include a link - no portfolio, no response)
Strong craft in both visual and written communication
Experience leading projects from concept to execution
Ability to think across multiple channels - TV, digital, social, outdoor, activations, and beyond
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Collaborative spirit with no ego - just passion for creating great work
Bonus points if you..
Have experience working on global brands
Bring new thinking and innovative approaches to traditional campaigns
Have judged or been recognised at major industry award shows
