What we're looking for:
- A strong portfolio of real client work (submit with application)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a reputable advertising agency
- Proven client-facing presentation skills
- Solid TTL, Digital and Social campaign experience
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and roll out large-scale campaigns
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to see projects through end-to-end
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent collaboration, communication and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A sharp understanding of brand tone and positioning
- A track record of delivering impactful creative work that drives business results
- Develops clear, on-brand creative concepts and narratives across scripts, storyboards and treatments.
- Presents ideas confidently to internal teams and clients. Upholds brand consistency and positioning.
- Uses technology creatively to solve business challenges.
- Contributes to pitches and overall creative quality by improving briefs, feedback and collaboration.
- Identifies new creative opportunities and executes concepts in partnership with the Art Director under Creative Director guidance
