Job Description
MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Bachelor Commerce (Law) or LLB incorporating commercial law and corporate governance
Admitted Attorney
Experience: Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a similar role legal
Review external commercial agreements and other legal documents received from third
parties to advise internal stakeholders on the acceptability thereof and to align it with divisional and group policies
Manage and supervise the contracts administrators legal agreements and contracts management system
