Job Requirements:

The ideal applicant will possess the following:-

Grade 12 qualification or equivalent. Minimum 4 years' OEM main dealer experience. Minimum 2 years' warranty costing experience. Knowledge of Automate. Knowledge of Iveco. Product/ Services and specifications. Knowledge of Warranty process and claim management. Knowledge of workshop operational process.

Job Outputs:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Maintain a "first time right" policy for repairs. Improve and maintain customer service indexes percentages. Establish authorization for extra work. Ensure that jobs are pre-costed and invoiced before customer collection and give feedback. Follow correct procedure with all customers irt enquiries, complaints, loan cars. Assist with Standby requirements. Ensuring that workshop productivity meet agreed standards. All Warranty claims processed within the required time frame as per ISA requirements. To ensure all VOR logs are maintained. To ensure all Warranty parts are retained in accordance to the warranty Policy. Reporting productivity/quality problems immediately and ensuring correct loading of workshop hours.

WORKSHOP PRODUCTIVITY:

Ensure workshop productivity meet agreed standards. Ensure Warranty claims processed within the required time frame. Ensure all VOR logs are maintained. Ensure all Warranty parts are retained in accordance to the Policy. Report productivity/quality problems timeously and ensure correct loading of workshop hours.

FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION CONTROL:

Ensure effective daily planning. Adhere to labour sales and performance targets. Manage and control expenses. Ensure non-warranty claims are correctly recorded. Strictly Manage WIP. Adhere to credit control.

PRODUCT, TECHNICAL & BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:

Stay abreast of industry developments e.g. new products, warranty, maintenance. Ensure that all product, technical training is attended as per DCSA requirements.
